People-Centered Approach at Tischlerei Rüscher

When building the new company headquarters in Schnepfau, Tischlerei Rüscher put the health and well-being of its employees at the forefront. A fully automated panel storage system, a vacuum crane system for handling heavy parts, height-adjustable workbenches and desks, underground parking for all employees, free charging stations for electric cars, spacious social and rest areas, and much more are available to the 26 employees. This is not something to be taken for granted in a business of this size.

Work hours are also somewhat flexible, allowing early risers to finish their day at 3 p.m.
