We're looking for a Front-End or Full-Stack Engineer to help us build cutting-edge, AI-powered document processing and analysis solutions. Rather than specialists, we're seeking curiosity-driven engineers who are determined problem solvers. We are building tools for human-in-the-loop AI systems that require intuitive interfaces to enable users to efficiently review, correct, and enhance AI-generated outputs. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape how users interact with advanced document AI, designing interfaces that bridge the gap between sophisticated algorithms and practical business applications.
A peek at our technical stack
Our primary framework is Angular, which means we use TypeScript as our main programming language. We are currently transitioning to the modern Signals API. Our design system is based on Material UI, and we rely on Angular Material as our main component library, with some customizations. We collaborate closely with designers using Figma. For API communication, we integrate both GraphQL and REST. Additionally, we utilize NgRx for global state management and RxJS for reactive programming. To ensure high-quality code, we use Karma for unit, Cypress for end-to-end testing and Storybook for managing and testing UI components. On the backend side, we use Go and Python for building our core services, along with PostgreSQL as our primary database, we leverage various libraries and tools to streamline API development and data pipelines.
What you’ll do
- Create intuitive, responsive interfaces that visualize complex document structures and AI-extracted data
- Develop interactive components that enable effective human review and correction of AI-processed documents
- Build dashboards and reporting tools that provide actionable insights from processed documents
- Work closely with our AI team to seamlessly integrate new document understanding capabilities into the user interface
This role is based in Götzis, Vorarlberg. While we embrace remote work and home-office options, we value the creative energy and collaborative problem-solving that happens when our team connects in person, especially during this exciting early stage of our company. Regular office interactions help us innovate faster and build stronger working relationships.
RequirementsWhat you’ll need
- 3+ years of industry experience in a software engineering role, ideally frontend focused
- Proficiency with one or more programming languages, including but not limited to Javascript/Typescript
- Readiness to collaborate with your peers
- Ability to rapidly prototype solutions and iterate on them with tight product deadlines
- Positive, open-minded attitude, with a strong willingness to learn and share knowledge
