Schoeller produces hand knitting yarn, industrial yarn and functional yarn, that is e.g. used in autombiles, airplanes, busses, railways, ships but also for sports underwear. The company's fabrics are used by MAN, Mercedes, Airbus and Boeing for seat covers, but also for heatable clothing or radition protection. For the development of the world's first wool equipment without pollution load, the company was awarded with the state's Innovation Award.
