The Heron Group is a family-run, globally active company, founded in 1987 and based in the heart of Europe: Dornbirn - in the middle of the Austrian part of the border triangle at Lake Constance. The parent company Heron Innovations Factory today serves as a service provider in the areas of finance, human resources and product development for the four subsidiaries operating in the industrial and technology sector. The Heron Group has its origins in the development and construction of customised assembly machines. Over the years, this has grown into four independently operating subsidiaries: Heron CNC-Technik GmbH, Robotunits GmbH, Servus Intralogistics GmbH, SAFEDI Distance Control GmbH.
